Danielle also assists organizations in developing realistic business continuity and disaster recovery plans. Her experience in conducting in-depth analysis guides organizations to developing and maintaining efficient processes and plans for business continuity.

She works with executive teams to understand their strategy, vision, priorities and budget to align projects and help them achieve their goals. She is experienced in conducting benefits realization analysis to assist clients in understanding the value projects have delivered and facilitate ongoing improvement. Danielle’s comprehensive experience has encompassed developing and implementing enterprise project management frameworks that include standard and scalable project processes and methodologies, project mentoring and auditing.
