Tim Weber, Director of Infrastructure Services, has been with ADNET since 1994. Tim began his career as a Systems Engineer and rapidly progressed into a leadership role as Manager of Infrastructure Services in 1999. Since then, Tim has focused on the continual growth and development of ADNET’s service delivery team, and on the evolution of ADNET’s delivery model. In 2016, Tim was promoted to Director.
Tim works with our clients to develop their overall IT vision with the goal of creating a manageable and secure infrastructure, balanced efficiency in operations, and redundancy and security. While providing strategic guidance, Tim and his team also work to implement security and disaster recovery best practices, develop standards and IT service levels, and establish IT Governance models.
Tim participates within his chapter of the Heartland Technology Group, a national networking association for IT service providers. Through membership in HTG, Tim is exposed to new solutions and best practices in the technology industry that he brings to ADNET for the benefit of our clients. Tim is also a frequent speaker at ADNET and other industry events and strives to help his audience think differently about their IT challenges.
Tim serves his community as Deputy Chief with the Lost Acres Volunteer Fire Department and enjoys teaching local students about fire prevention and safety. Tim maintains a blog and frequently draws parallels between his work as a firefighter and an IT advisor.
