Danielle specializes in process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and has experience performing technical, business and risk assessments, as well as developing strategic technology roadmaps.
Recently, Danielle has been focused on assisting organizations in becoming compliant with federal and state regulations, advising them on how to effectively manage risk and minimize exposure. As a Certified HIPAA Privacy Security Expert (CHPSE), she specializes in partnering with organizations to conduct required routine assessments, reviews and training in order to prioritize and remediate action items on their journey toward achieving and maintaining HIPAA compliance. Danielle also assists organizations in developing realistic business continuity and disaster recovery plans. Her experience in conducting in-depth analysis guides organizations to developing and maintaining efficient processes and plans for business continuity.
Danielle has extensive experience in Project Management and leadership. She works with executive teams to understand their strategy, vision, priorities and budget to align projects and help them achieve their goals. She is experienced in conducting benefits realization analysis to assist clients in understanding the value projects have delivered and facilitate ongoing improvement. Danielle’s comprehensive experience has encompassed developing and implementing enterprise project management frameworks that include standard and scalable project processes and methodologies, project mentoring and auditing.
