While open to the entire business community, this event is complimentary for all ADNET clients, partners and invited guests. A promotional code is required to unlock VIP Complimentary Tickets.
There are two types of tickets available for WorkSmart – please read below to see which ticket applies to you:
- VIP Complimentary Tickets – Available only to ADNET Clients, Partners and Invited Guests. ADNET Clients, Partners and invited guests will receive a promotional code to reveal VIP Complimentary tickets.
- General Admission Tickets – Available to the public for purchase on our Eventbrite page.
ADNET reserves the right to change the ticket type if it is determined that the registrant is ineligible for the promotional code or ticket they have selected. See our event policies for more.
Due to the nature of the event, pre-registration is required. Registrations must be confirmed by May 15th, 2019. We are unable to accept walk-ins to the event at this time.

I’m an ADNET Client or Partner but I have not received a VIP Complimentary Access Code – How do I get one?
If you are an ADNET Client or partner and have not received your VIP Complimentary access code, or if you have questions about the registration process, please contact us.
I’ve registered, but I can’t attend. Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
As registrations are limited for this event, please let us know as soon as possible if you need to make changes or cancel your registration.
For VIP Complimentary Tickets, we’re happy to transfer the ticket to one of your peers if you are unable to attend – just reach out to us!
What is the refund policy for General Admission tickets?
Refunds for General Admission will only be issued if a cancellation is requested at least 7 days prior to the end of ticket sales (must be requested by May 8th).
Is pre-registration required?
Yes, registration is required and must be confirmed by May 15th, 2019. We are unable to accept walk-ins to the event at this time.
